Abiola is a detailed and results-driven Project Management professional delivering research and market analysis at the African Business Trade Association (ABTA). With over nine years’ cross-sector experience spanning international development, banking, digital, and education, she brings deep expertise in research, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and strategic advisory.

Her work supports ABTA’s mission to advance African enterprise and trade by analysing market trends and generating insight-led publications. Abiola has successfully led and supported projects that improved operations, informed decision-making, and fostered partnerships across the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Covenant University and a Master's in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester. Abiola is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and is passionate about sustainable growth and capacity building through evidence-based research.
