Mr Nabil Chahdoura is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in banking, investment, and asset management. He is an Independent Executive Advisor, specialising in fundraising, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and strategic transformation.

Mr. Chahdoura has held senior executive roles across North Africa, the Gulf, and North America, managing portfolios in private equity, capital markets, and treasury. He served as Chief Executive Officer of TSB Bank (Tunisian Saudi Bank, formerly STUID), following his appointment by the Board of Directors on 13th October. Prior to this, he was Deputy Director of United Full Financial Services North Africa and held various leadership positions within the Kipco Group. He is also a founding member of the Cercle des Financiers.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Chahdoura is active in academia and thought leadership. He frequently lectures at leading universities and speaks at international forums. He has also served as chairman and board member of several institutions.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
