Dayo has published research including "Africa's Circular Economy in Action", exploring innovation in sustainable development contexts. His professional experience includes roles at Shell, Accenture and yet2Ventures, and advisory positions including Business Development Adviser to Togo's Economic Transformation Plan project led by Sir Paul Judge. He has held academic positions including Cambridge Judge Business School, King's College London and the University of East London.

Dr Abinusawa's appointment reflects his current research exploring inclusive entrepreneurship, SMEs, finance, innovation and industrial policy in African contexts. We anticipate fruitful research collaborations connecting innovation management scholarship with African development practice.
