Ms Tania Eyanga is a C-suite executive and corporate finance professional specialising in private equity and direct lending within the investment management industry. With over 15 years of experience, she is widely recognised for mobilising global corporate capital into Central Africa’s emerging markets.

A native of the DRC, Tania began her career at BNY Mellon in Brussels as a Global Capital Markets Expert, managing institutional corporate actions and securities lending operations within the firm’s global custody and fund administration unit. She later co-founded GEE Consulting Partners to facilitate trade and market entry in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, and Angola. She has since worked across infrastructure, mining, energy, and early-stage capital markets, advising governments, multinationals and private sector stakeholders.

Tania is the Founder and Executive Chair of the Central Africa Markets Private Equity Association (CAMPEA), promoting private markets investing in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is also CEO of Excelsum Ventures Group, a London-based, female-founded capital raising and investor relations firm serving venture and alternative assets in Central Africa and beyond.

Her expertise spans capital structuring, deal origination, investor relations, and sovereign advisory. She has worked with commercial banks, asset managers, governments, and institutional investors across EMEA and SSA.

Tania holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy from the University of Sunderland where she was recognised as the Alumni Achiever & Entrepreneur of the Year 2022. She holds a BA in International Business & Applied Linguistics from TU Dublin. Her contributions have earned her recognition from Investment Week (International Woman of the Year 2023 nominee) and Black Women in Asset Management (2024 BWAM 40 under 40 Award).
