Ayoyemi is an accomplished HR and operations leader with nearly a decade of experience managing human capital, stakeholder partnerships, and strategic events across both the public and private sectors. She brings cross-sector experience from roles in Europe and Africa, working with organisations such as ScottishPower, Shell, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), and Blended Institute.
Currently serving as a Senior HR & Events Manager at the African Business Trade Association, she oversees the planning and execution of the association’s high-level events—including trade summits, partner showcases, and capacity-building workshops—while managing executive relationships and strategic delivery. Her ability to coordinate complex programmes and engage diverse stakeholders underpins the African Business Trade Association’s mission to connect businesses and expand trade opportunities across Africa and globally.
She has held roles such as Internal Resource Coordinator (Offshore Renewables) at ScottishPower, Senior HR Advisor for a government Treasury Revenue Department, and Strategy Advisor at Blended Institute. She is skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about aligning people strategy with business growth.
